Not that I know what this word means... but I hear it!

macrophage is a differentiated immune cell that traverses your in your blood and tissues, globbling up (phagocytosing) pretty much anything in it's path, breaking it down intracellularly and then presenting it to other immune cells (B and T cells) so they can either mount a full scale offensive or kick back.
